Best Shampoo and Conditioner for thick and poofy hair?

I'm 14, and hair means a lot. My hair is really thick, and I can't where it down unless I straighten it, (which I dont have time for) because it's naturally hideous. The waves are weird and the poof is ugly. I want thinner more beautifull hair that I don't have to look in a mirror every 5 minutes to fix.

Use infusium shampoo and conditioner and go to a salon and get Biosilk smoothing drops they work great!!!!! And u should think about using some gel on ur waves. Use a gel w/ low alcohol content (like Biolage Gelee) and work it thru out ur hair and then set ur blowdryer on low and scrunch ur waves, then they will not seem so poofy or in your way, this process doesnt take as long as straightening

I've discovered over years of trial and error that the brand doesn't matter as much as how OFTEN you shampoo/condition your hair. I do it about once a week and my frizzy waves are now now beautiful curls without having to do anything else (not even brush it)

i have very poofy hair, and i find that [if you shower at night] use sunsilk anti-poof [blue bottle] that's what i use, then use heat protectant, blow dry your hair, or get a wet to straight straightener, and straighten your hair at night. it may be frizzy that night, but i find that in the morning it looks much better. that or just find a really cute clip, and clip your hair up. still very cute, but not as much hassle in the morning.

I totally understand how frustrating it can be. I have very curly hair and Long plus, POOFY. What I honestly can say that may sound wierd but, I tried so many products you name it I tried it. The only one I like is at the salon only and can be expensive cause again I have alot of hair so I use alot is called SLEEK LOOK it comes in a orange bottle and smells good. It's for smoothing hair but, that's what we need something to smooth and tame are hair, try it you'll love it. I wear my hair done, up, and I straighten it too with that stuff...
