it depends on how strong and healthy your hair is and how frizzy it is. if you use a ot of moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and you take care of your hair, you could go up to 220 celsius. try taking a strand of hair and pulling on it. if it breaks, then it's very brittle and you shouldnt use any higher that 150 celsius.

Im not sure, but I can say I use this product called mirror image by frizz ease, and it's the best (and probably only) straitening product that really works!!!! I spent alot of money on straiting products and nothing worked but this stuff rocks!!!!
