Where can I find a swimmers cap that can cover long and thick hair, because these small ones aren

You can go to metroswimshop.com and they have all sorts of caps to try, I suggest silicone, they last longer and are ticker and streach around hair, and dosent pull it out when you take it off, (I have thick long hair too) they may be a little bit more money, but in the long run, latex caps rip more often so by the time you replace them, you have already paid for 3 silicone caps, hope this helped.

The silicone Speedo composite swim cap is meant specifically for women with longer hair.

It fits snug around the base but is thinner and stretches more up top to accommodate more hair. You can buy one at any local sports store for about $10.

They are easily identified by their white tops. They look like this:

Get one of the silicone caps that others have mentioned, wet your hair first, put the cap on with your hair hanging out of the back, then twist your hair into a bun, lift the bottom of the cap at your neck and tuck the bun in under the cap. I have really thick hair and the silicone caps work best, one problem though is that as my hair got a little wetter underneath, the cap would sneak backwards in the front and I would always have to adjust it.
