Thin hair, want it thick :]?

i am i guy and i have it about to my chest , before

when it was up to my shoulders it was thick

i had a medicen with side effect of loss of hair

which was about 2/3 months ago, now its

thin, want it to be think, i dont really trim it,

i was it dayly and cobm it all the time,

what do u think i should do ?
