My hair is fairly think and curly (sometimes frizzy) and i want to go short (above the shoulders). But im afraid it might look awful and go all big and puffy. please help!

i've got hair like yours. look at picture above! it would look really cute at the shoulders, i've cut mine like that at some point. just go to the slaon and they'll put some really good products in your hair to prevent frizz.
