How to make the hair dense & thick by home made way?

Apply olive oil to the roots and gently massage.Wrap with a hot towel and keep it for like 30 min. Then you have to wash your hair of course!!This also helps your hair grow reeeally fast and it's good for the nails also-makes sense since they're both made mostly of keratin! You can do this like 3 times a week if your hair is not oily.Hope I helped!!!! ;)

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

I straighten my hair everyday and i've tried all the straighting shampoos but none of them seem to work. I need a shampoo that somebody knows works. That can thin out my hair.

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

Go to a hair stylist and have her/him thin it out. I've had this done and it helps. I can't think of any product that will thin your hair without making you lose too much of it.

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

try a perm or a texturizer

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

you're better off going to a professional and asking them to thin out your hair with scissors. It'll lay more flat and be more manageable when you straighten it

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

Buy thinning shears. I've been using them for years!

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

why would you want thin hair?

be happy with your hairr !

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

You might just need to go to a stylist and have them thin it. Unless your hair is naturally curly, you could get a relaxer, but there isn't any product that can make your hair thinner.

Whats a product that can reduce how thick my hair is?(make it thin)?

You cant do anything other than shearing your hair with sissors, which a professional should probably do

Hairstyles for thick, frizzy wavy/curly hair?

i have shoulderblade length hair that is frizzy, poofy, thick, and curly/wavy. i am not looking to straighten my hair, but i would like to find a cute hairstyle that fits my lifestyle. i and usually very busy and i play sports, so i dont have much time to work with my hair, so it usually just goes up in a ponytail. i am looking for a cute hairstyle that would go with my type of hair. i wouldnt care if it was short or long, just something i can pull back for sports but also lok cute down. can anyone post some pics please?

Hairstyles for thick, frizzy wavy/curly hair?

I have the same hair you do. I put it 3 different ways.

1. part the middle %26amp; tie in the back leave the back out

2. I have a big clip %26amp; I twist my hair %26amp; clip the back leaving the hair to hang over the clip

3. The classic Pony tail.

I love all 3 styles %26amp; they dont take long to do at all

also i use Carrot Cream %26amp; Moose for my hair it keeps the frizz away

Hairstyles for thick, frizzy wavy/curly hair?

you could get you hair thinned and layered so it wouldnt be so thick and it would be eaiser to manage

you could also go for a shorter hairstyle but not too short so you cant do anything with it

if your hair is shorter than it wouldnt take as long to straighten it if you wanted to

i have thick hair but i straighten mine

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

Here's a site w/ a photo of what you described %26amp; styling tips for defining curls: http://www.matrix.com/find_your_hair_sty...

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

maybe try curl activating cream but u could also try a frizz serum that might help.

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

try hair serum it works wonders!!!!!!

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

After you wash your hair, apply frizz serum. Do not comb or brush through your hair. Combing and brushing break the curl pattern. But be sure to run a comb or brush before you wash your hair to detangle.

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

I completely understand, I have long thick crinky hair as I like to call it. It takes work to get it straight and work to get it curly. Here is what I found that works best for me. Dep #10, let it air dry for about 10 min - I usually put on make up at this point - then use RAVE hairspray upside down while scrunching it. Then let air dry the rest of the way. If the curl falls a little throught the day, all I have to do with get my hands wet and scrunch my hair and it goes back into place.

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

VO5 has a mousse called Curvaceous Curves and it works well.

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

GO TO THE BEAUTY Y SUPPLY STORE AND GET SOME PINK LOTION AND PUT IT IN YOUR HAIR YOU JUST NEED MOISTER IN YOUR HAIR

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

I think you should use curl defining shampoo and conditioner

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

try using salon approved anti-frizz stuff...that usually works...after washing avoid combing through with a closely toothed brush...try not to blow dry as poss coz tht will make hair unnaturally dry n frizzy...use hair sprays to keep curls after wash. hope this helps...

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

my hair is like that, only after it dries the curls come out and frizzes. I did it once and my curls stayed in and looked awesome. Right after you come out of the shower get some sunsilk 24/7 creme its the green bottle and comb it through your hair with your fingers. Then wait about ten minutes for you hair to dry a little and ( i know this sounds funny) curl your curls.

P.S dont blow dry ( but if you need to make sure to use it on the low setting)

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

I have long thick curly hair too.

First you have to shampoo and condition it as you regularly would only dont wash out the conditioner. When you get out of the shower, dont towel dry your hair because it rubs your hair against the towel creating frizz and fly-aways. Instead, use an absorbing paper towel to just soak up the water on the tips of your hair so your back isnt soaking. Then do NOT blow dry it. Let it air dry and try to stay indoors during this time so the wind doesnt blow out the curls as a hair dryer would. When it dries the curls should look nice. I think the conditioner helps to define the curls with out making it look like gel on your hair.

Also, if your hair is damaged at all because of its length you really shouldget it trimmed, because if you have split ends, they wont do anything but make you hair look drab.

hope this was helpful, enjoy your summer!

Jenny

Hey i have long thick curly hair and im trying to "define" my curls if u understand...?

You need to find a curl cream. Umm, my hair is thick too %26amp; sort of wavy sort of not... if that makes sense. If it air dries it's a wavy, blow dry it just gets big, and I use a curling iron to straighten it %26amp; get the frizzies out. Anyway... I've tried tons of different things too. Nothing gets rid of the frizz or makes it smooth, most products %26amp; serums just make my hair dirty.

I had tried a Pantene (curl cream) product once. I swear it was great... I think it's called Pantene ProV moisturizing curl cream shaper... something. It's in a round pump bottle, shorter than a shampoo bottle, about as big around as a big shot glass, and the writing is red. I put it in my hair after washing, when my hair is wet and comb it through. (I comb it through to distribute it, but that's me) I use a little gel too. Then I blow dry or air dry. When I blow dried it, they curls were defined and not frizzy in the least. I may use some hairspray too, upside down. And it'll last a couple days too. (I don't wash my hair everyday...too dry) And to rejuvinate it just scrunch with water. (my bro calls this second day gel!!!) I have to blow dry (low heat) or my hair gets flat, which I don't like. It seems to get dirtier sooner too. But that's me. You may need to not towel or blow dry.

It worked great for me. There are probably a lot of other products (%26amp; a lot more pricey) that are meant for the same thing. But this one I've tried and it works.

Here are some I've tried.

The Dove spray-light blue bottle, can't remember what it's call. I don't think it's a leave in conditoner. That worked ok. And the Aussie spray leave in conditioner is ok. The Sunsilk anti-poof works pretty well too. I tried the John Frieda-brilliant brunette (when I darkened my hair) Starlit waves, and that works prettttty well too.

Here are some I've tried...%26amp; they didn't work for me. You may want to skip these too.

Aussie leave in conditioner/mousse-no. Herbal essence none of your frizzness no. Garnier sleek %26amp; smoth leave in conditioner--UGH no. Made my hair sticky . Some L'Oreal, studio line, ugh, sticky too.

whew. ok. Maybe that'll help. Otherwise I guess it's just more trial and error until you find one that works.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is

Iam an Indian women in early 30s having a happy marital life with my husband with a 5 year son. I have always shaved my underarm hair ever since it started growing. Recently I didnot shave my armpit hair for a few months because of some blisters due to heat. Ever since he saw my thick tuft of under arm hair my husband sweetly insists I dont shave them even after the blisters are gone since he says it really excites him and seems to go crazy over it. Iam hesitant to say no to him since this hair seems to have taken him back to newly married days and spends almost twice the time with me, both outings and indoor intimacies. Iam not able to wear sleeveless clothes to office, which are comfortable in summer, because of this. Of late, he persuades me to wear sleeveless clothes during weekend outings which I find a bit embarassing with the stares my underarm hair draws from people around, men in particular, but he thinks it really looks sexy. Iam confused. How do I deal with this situation?

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

what was that did you say....

that when you lift your arm up

it looks like you have guy sebastion in a headlock

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Shave it.. thats nasty and eww your hubby has a fetish for man pits.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Hell yeah its ok.. if your married to BIG FOOT!!

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

wo hay dont wear sleeveless in public untill u shave. not tryin 2 be rude or nothin, but ur husband is 1 in a billion lol. ur husband might like it but nobody i know does

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Well, if you do, remember to brush them out before you go out...

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

do it out of love

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

That's disgusting. Who cares about some little blisters? Shave already, that's beyind vile. I'm sorry to critisize and be rude for no particular reason, but this is for your own good.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

serious?idk

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Tell him how you feel about your body. Tell him the truth. His enjoyment takes a back seat to your feelings. This is not a hard question.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

personally I think it is gross for women to have armpit hair, and if you like to wear sleeveless shirts and you don't like it then i would shave them

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

I personally think that is is very disgusting for a woman to have underarm hair growing, especially if its very think, but if that is what turns your hubby on and that is what he likes i guess you will have to get used to it.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Blah...Oh, ok...I am good now....I think that it's really gross but then again, you aren't trying to seduce me. If he likes it then go for it, who cares what any 1 else will thinks.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

don't listen to anyone else about this situation, just do what ever YOU want to do.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

that is the strangest fetish ive ever heard! lol. hmmm tough one. I think i would end of shaving it. sounds too crazy..

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

you need to do what makes you feel most comfortable. you should only do what is right for you and makes you happy. your husband loved you before the hair, so if you are more comfortable without it, i am sure he will be ok with that too.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Well, your husband has some sort of weird fetish towards your underarm hair. It might remind him of another "place" that excites him. This is something that really is exciting him, yet it embarrasses you because it is not socially acceptable where you live. Are you planning on shaving it anytime soon? It is something that can always grow back. I would tell him that the armpit hair can be a "winter bedroom" treat, but in the summertime you will shave it. Besides, why would he want other people looking at the thing that "excites" him?

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

That is nice that he likes it- but as a ladie I would want to be clean shaved. If you want to keep him turned on and you like it- then just wear longer tops-- so it stays just between the two of you.

It would be embarassing to me to have underarm hair.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Shave it off, yuk, if he doesnt like it get a new husband simple as that, its grossing me out........

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

ewww. eww eww eww. SHAVE, lady. not tryin to be rude, but u'r the boss when it comes to deciding what u wear and what u dont. tell ur hubby that its SICK to not shave ur underarms, (except when ur in france lol). but hey, even the french shave under their arms!!!!!!!!!!!!

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

you wrote: "since he says it really excites him and seems to go crazy over it."

crazy all right. what If he says it looks sexy to expose your pubic hair in public? you gonna do that too ?

you are a Person, not a passive sex slave. Do what makes You feel good about yourself.

this reminds me of one time I attended an outdoor ballet theater show in Vail, Co. all the viewers were seated on blankets under the stars.some had picnics.

.but . before sunset; many people were gawking at this one woman necking with her boyfriend-She had thick black hair all over . -legs - under arms and a female mustachhio too ! someone said she was German tourist and girls don't shave in Germany . dunno. was gross for sure

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Whatever makes YOU comfortable. Obviously, as you said, it doesn't, do shave it if you want.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

Do what makes YOU happy. Shave it so that you can wear sleeveless shirts right now. You can always grow your pit hair back for your hubby in the winter time. This is just me,but I would never grow my underarm hair out for anyone.I think it's just gross. I totally understand the problem you have with the blisters though. Do what makes YOU happy.

My thick tuft of armpit hair turns my hubby on and he insists I wear sleeveless clothes outdoors. Is it ok?

i. Having long under-arm hair is not unhygenic. Just make sure that you wash it properly and deodorise.

ii. Armpit hair has been a fashion statement many times over in different countries and, it goes beyond that, it has been seen as incredibly sexy on females! Think of French and Greek history in regard to fashion - even modernised, western societies have given it a go (recent celebrity, Julia Roberts).

iii. If your armpit hair embarrasses you, then I'd keep it as a winter-time "look" for your hubby. It's nice of you to please him, but it's unfair of him to expect you to parade around with long hair in places you'd rather not have it growing.

Good luck!

Pepper.

There is NEVER a reason a woman should let a bush grow under her arm...or anywhere else.

I want to get a perm but I have really thick hair.....?

Is there a certian type of perm that would work to give me just a nice wave and not make it to fluffy?

I want to get a perm but I have really thick hair.....?

I too have really thick thick, hair. I am 31 and have always thought about getting a perm, since about 15. Anytime I ask the hairdresser about it, I am told that I would be terribly disappointed with the outcome. I recommend, staying away from perms. I have grown to like my straight hair, and when I want a bit of a wave, I use a fat barreled curling iron with some anti-frizz serum. I LOVE the product zero-frizz.

I want to get a perm but I have really thick hair.....?

Hairdressers don't like to do perms cause it is messy and stinks, and makes their hands stink for days. But I have gotten them before and in my hair they turn out great and lost for about a year.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

I'm in high school and still trying to find the perfect hair cut for my kind of hair! Help! Please!

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

I'd suggest long layers (where the hair is slightly layerd at the very bottom) and have the hairstylist use the thinning shears to achieve the look you want. Good Luck!

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

bald

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

in a bob chin length

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

Ask them to LAYER your hair - then it will have a denfinate style to it, and will also be easy to maintain.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

keep it short--- especially for summer. clean and casual.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

Try asking your stylist, but not a chian store like super cuts.

Layers are always nice when you have thick hair though.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

my hair is the same way. you can make your hair sleek actually if you apply vo5 conditioning oil to your hair and put a flat iron to it. your hair would also look nice in long layers.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

razor cut hair wil lmake ur hair not so coarse and then flip it out

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

try a short cut. if ur hairs corse it prob hard 2 brush. itll be easier. trust me. not too short though. u still need 2 be girly.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

Well coming from a preppy girl.... go with a hair cut that is right below the sholders. To thin out your hair go with some layers, but DONT (whatever you do) get the choppy layers!! You have to keep up with this hairstyle though. That means getting up every morning to style it. Trust me its worth it. Even though I gave you good advice, you should always talk things over with your hair stylist!!

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

You need the eyes and ears of an expert hairdresser. Getting the haircut of your dreams isn't always possible because the shape of your face, eyes, and neck really need to determine the type of haircut that will fit you best. So go to a good hairdresser and see what she thinks.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

definitely a short cut, chin length with some shorter layers. The kind of easy haircut that you just run your hands through and it looks perfect!

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

For a preppy girl? I would say go with something almost all one length with layering ONLY toward the bottom. Too much layering too high up will just make your hair go POOF. If your hair is curly, and you have a lot of frizz, try some straightening serum and a flat iron. It's a lot of work but it looks great! If your hair is straight, use products that make your hair shiny (I suggest BioSilk Silk Protein) and try to keep it long.

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

layer your hair

straighten it

curl tips!!!

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

DO NOT GO SHORT!!!!!!!!

I too have course thick hair and it is a burden when it is short. When it grows out it will stick up every where do not go short!! It is a really bad idea if you do cut it go medium length. Sum up Sum down is what I usually do. Really easy to manage when it is long. I had a bob and let it grow out then cut it again and trust me it was a mess!!!!

What is a good hair cut for a preppy girl who has thick and course hair?

a few layers for definition. A side swept Bang, and I would suggest adding a small flip at the ends. Work with the thickness.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.

You've been living under a rock you whole life! Ever heard of Cheech and Chong? Maybe not. Cheech is bald now! Go watch some TV!

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Go to Los Angeles and find a street gang. They're all bald Mexicans.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Yeah, I have actually. I really dont get this question.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Si . . . is in the jeans . . .

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Hmmm...come to think of it, I can't really think of seeing many, if any.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Can you convert? Under my red hat, I got nothing.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Yes, I have.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

haha. That's really funny you say that. I don't think I have either. My dad is in his late 50's and he has not lost any hair...it's turning gray , but it is all there. My grandpa wasn't even bald either. Maybe it's the picante we eat.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Now that you mention that, I guess its true. I never have seen a bald Mexican and I live near the border and work with plenty of Mexicans so I have met quite a few. I also want to say that Mexicans are fine people, some of the best people I know, and I wish the nonsense about immigration would just go away.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

Actually I don't think I have ever seen a Latino with a receding hairline now that you mention it. I'm sure they must exist to but since it is genetics it is perfectly logical that there may be a low genetic incidence in certain races.

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

i seen a blad mexican once. she was hot

Have you ever seen a bald Mexican? I don't think I have. They all seem to have such thick hair.?

That's because it doesn't happen. No bald Mexicans. Good genes... It's ok. Sooner or later, everyone will have a full head of hair and baldness will be cured forever. You know why? Because everyone will procreate with a Mexican someday. Even the ones that claim to hate them. hehehehe

What is the best shampoo for thick hair?/lotion question?

what is the best shampoo for thick , split-ended hair?

i have thick, black hair so any suggestions?

and also, i know this has nothing to do with hair, but i'm looking for a great selftan lotion, is there any great ones?

i tried jergens natural glow for body, but i want it for FACE.

i saw the face one for jergens but before i buy it, i wantt to know from people who have tried it and saw a great affect to it, or maybe any other self-tan products youve tried and found a great affect.

THANKS!%26lt;333333

What is the best shampoo for thick hair?/lotion question?

You should get your hair trimmed at LEAST every 6 - 8 weeks to avoid having split ends.....if your hair is that thick, there are shampoos for that; you'd have to check the drugstores, etc.for them; can't think of a name right now; sorry! Whatever you do, do NOT get your hair thinned; you will be driven crazy by the shorter hairs as they grow out!!

As for the self-tanners, there's a product that comes in a little sheet in a sealed foil envelope; again, do not have the name! but if you Google self-tanners, I'm sure you could find it; this would give you more control over the application, which is the most important thing!! Good Luck!!

What is the best shampoo for thick hair?/lotion question?

pantene pro-v

What is the best shampoo for thick hair?/lotion question?

Pantene or Herbal Essence but make sure that you use a separate conditioner not that two in one stuff.

What is the best shampoo for thick hair?/lotion question?

I think Jergens is great!! But, i bought that medium toned jergens for face and i got a little darker, and it took awhile. I bought the dark toned later on and the results were more obvious and fast. So i would suggest getting a tone darker than you are. :)

What kind of hairdo can be done with really thick, long, messy hair?

it is great you have good hair. if that is not manage able so u can get nice hair cut by your hair stylist, Reverse graduation cut suit on u if u have long hair.

What kind of hairdo can be done with really thick, long, messy hair?

I have hair like yours and I had the bio-ionic hair procedure done. It's absoloutely beautiful, permanent, stress-free, easy to manage and looks way too good to be true! Only thing is it's expensive.

What kind of hairdo can be done with really thick, long, messy hair?

Well before you think of having a "hairdo", you should consider first how you can soften your hair, you know what I mean. You can use conditioner and/or leave-on (like cream silk if you have it there) always.

Hairdo??? How about sandiside? Or maybe braiding hair styles (you can choose... It has a lotta styles such as "french braid") (if you can't do it by your self, ask someone who can make it for you).^_^"

Hope this can help.^_^

What kind of hairdo can be done with really thick, long, messy hair?

get some setting lotion from proline or something like that and some drinking straws put your hair on a straw set, let dry, up do it.

What kind of hairdo can be done with really thick, long, messy hair?

I call it the "messy tail" add moouse to your hair when its wet comb it once, let it air dry then after its dry finger comb it into a semi high ponytail but twist the pony tail like a bun and then secure, don't worry if pieces are sticking out etc, thats the way its supposed to look. Use some good hairspray to hep secure your hot new look! Heres a few examples ~ http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art3...

Hope this helps! I love this do cause if it gets messed up it still looks good! ;)

I am a guy and i have thick black hair. what can i use to dye the front part blue besides actual dye

i have heard koolaid works but thats only on thin light hair.

I am a guy and i have thick black hair. what can i use to dye the front part blue besides actual dye?

you should try ice jell. koolaid worked on my classmate and she has thick hair like Selena Gomez

I am a guy and i have thick black hair. what can i use to dye the front part blue besides actual dye?

GOOD GOD SON!! Don't use Koolaid!! Use HAIR DYE!! Or COLORED HAIR SPRAY!! Use hair stuff. NOT food items

I am a guy and i have thick black hair. what can i use to dye the front part blue besides actual dye?

good god son! lol That was awesome.

I am a guy and i have thick black hair. what can i use to dye the front part blue besides actual dye?

NEVER EVER use kool-aid. It will make your head ichy and can will have a funny odor.

I am a guy and i have thick black hair. what can i use to dye the front part blue besides actual dye?

you can use manic panic but you would have to bleach your hair.

I have thick, wavy hair, that goes boofy..?

i usually straighten it (GHD, works a treat), but coming up to summer i want to be able to just leave it.. i LOVE how my hair looks when wet, messy curls and not boofy, but as it dries, it goes insanely boofy etc, i want to know if there are any products that i can use that will make my hair stay how it looks when its wet?! if that's possible!!!! without losing the curl (so i can swim and not worry etc!!)

I have thick, wavy hair, that goes boofy..?

hi, i have very curly and thick hair too and this is what works for me:

i wash my hair with any conditioning shampoo (change shampoo every month), then i put on any conditoner and leave it on for 15 min.

after rinsing, i use any hair serum that doesNOT contain alcohol, all serums are more or less the same, as long as they contain no alcohol,

i comb my hair and then when my hair is half dry i use products like dove deep replenishing hair cream, aveda elixir, Fructis definition and bounce cream and let it dry naturally

good luck!!

I have thick, wavy hair, that goes boofy..?

My hair is just like yours; if you're not swimming, use a leave-in conditioner that will keep the curls soft and looser. For swimming, it's hard to keep a product in your hair, but hair gels are the best for water.

I have thick, wavy hair, that goes boofy..?

Curlz Rock by tigi, or the cheaper version Noodle Head at Sally's beauty supply. Both will define the curl and hold it. You will also need a spray in leave in conditioner to go on before and some light -medium hair spray.

I have thick, wavy hair, that goes boofy..?

I have the same hair. Don't get it cut short because I now wake up looking like I have stuck a fork in a power socket!! Try sunsilk curl booster gel. It comes in a tube from any supermarket for around $6. I found it to be good because its not to heavy and sticky on your hair.

I have thick, wavy hair, that goes boofy..?

to give your hair a wet, beach look, while keeping your curls, make this oil mixture to run through your hair.

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons jojoba oil

10 drops ylang-ylang essential oil.

shake well to compined and store in jar.

What do I do with my with thick, stubborn, wavy hair?

I have the thickest, and most stubborn and wavy hair. What are some ENEXPENCIVE ways to make it look nice? I've tryed to get layers (wich didnt work) and when I straigten it it gets even poofier.

What do I do with my with thick, stubborn, wavy hair?

i have the same problem with my hair what i do is i get some mosse from bedhead, and then i spray it with this stuff from treseme after that i straighten it...it depends on what ur budget is but for me it wasn't that expensive.

What do I do with my with thick, stubborn, wavy hair?

Never go for short layers, if you have long hair you can go for long layers.

Use plenty of conditioner, use one in the shower as well as a leave in one, it will make your hair a little less poofy. If Im going to be straightening my hair I usually try to let it dry in a bun (so that I dont have to blow dry it). Once it is dry I use a professional flat iron, usually they get hotter than some of the regular store brand ones.

Normally I dont have the time to straighten my hair so I just use a lot of leave in conditioners and shine products and let my hair dry naturally.

What do I do with my with thick, stubborn, wavy hair?

your hairdresser can thin it out so its not as thick try curling it with mousee after u get out of the shower

try conditioner too

good luck

What do I do with my with thick, stubborn, wavy hair?

try prodcuts from sebasatian ( i hope i spelled it right) it comes in a white bottle with black or grey writing, all of their products work great, my hair is wavy and i use it to straighten it when i use the cermanic iron to get the bone straight look try it they carry it at target and eckerds.

My pubic hair is thick. How do make it thinner (No scissors and No wierd chemicals)?

No scissors and no chemicals? Well, I guess you're going to have to use a razor and just go bald down there. What alternatives are left?

My pubic hair is thick. How do make it thinner (No scissors and No wierd chemicals)?

Pluck out every second hair.

My pubic hair is thick. How do make it thinner (No scissors and No wierd chemicals)?

well u could always shave......or wax but OUCH.....well there are certain places that thin out your hair but i dont kno if they can do that to your pubic hair.... i say go with shaving

My pubic hair is thick. How do make it thinner (No scissors and No wierd chemicals)?

You could take a hair trimmer to it every once in a while. Sometimes life doesn't go your way, and apparently you have bushier pubic hair than you want.

There is no way to reduce the amount of pubic hair you have without using chemicals or physically cutting it.

My pubic hair is thick. How do make it thinner (No scissors and No wierd chemicals)?

If you shave, it will grow back darker, and thicker.

If you wax, it will grow back thicker, darker, and fuller.

Good Luck. ;P

What do you do with your hair????

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

i perm it. it costs about 50 dollars, lasts about a month. but every 2 weeks you gotta wash your hair so it becomes silky again!

Don't discriminate this site is open for EVERYONE.

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

i straighten it every morning for about 1/2 hour

then i can style it like curling it which usually takes an hour

but what ever you wanna do with your hair

braids or anything straighting it helps keep it smooth and shiny and easy to work with

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

1. I like Herbal Essence shampoo %26amp; conditioner but find that I have to switch brands every once in awhile to prevent build-up.

2. I don't use blow dryers, but let it dry naturally (easier to do in a moderate climate such as Northern California's).

3. I brush it every day.

4. Every once in awhile, get the split ends cut off.

5. Use Frizz-Ease or Fructis hair serum to control the Janis Joplin look.

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

i don't have that hair but my mom does.....use frizz-ease and curl control cream(my moms hair is very very curly)

also putting in ponytails might look good.

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

When I get out of the shower, I use Sun Silk hydra TLC. Then I blowdry my hair on a low setting and use a round brush. Then I curl the tip of it so it wont look stick straight and my hair looks less frizzy. Then I spray glossing mist into my hair.

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

wash it, let it dry on it's own with a lot of gel and conditioner.

When it starts to frizz, early or late, depending on the weather, out comes the hair elastic(sigh).

When I have it done at the shop, they condition %26amp; gel it, dry it with a round brush and use a flat iron straightener. It takes 30 minutes, but it stays straight and smooth until it's washed again.

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

Straighten it!!!!!

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

Go to Wal Mart and buy some Just For Me hair lotion. Don't over do it if you are white tho, a little bit goes a long way. If you use too much, it will look really greasy. It works wonders and smells really good. It works better if you put it on while your hair is wet, brush it for a while, then style. It can be put on hair that is already dry, if you plan on putting it back.

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

I have the same exact hair! I tried almost everything to control it. But wat has been working for me is, using Sunsilk Anti-Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner , and I also bought the 24/7 creme. You can use the creme when your hair is damp or dry. but if you are going more simple I bought a serem called, "magic osis". That works really well and it makes your hair look shiny and smooth. Hope this helps! And good luck!

This is for people with long thick frizzy hair only!!!!!!!!!!?

-put my hair in a high ponytail, and scrunch it to make it curly by using gel and hair spray.

-use a straightening shampoo and conditioner, then put some frizz control in it. blow dry it straight then use a straightener to straighten it. i usually do this the night before i wanna have my hair straighten. like for school. cuz it takes a long time to do for me, and i also sleep on it which i think straightens it out alot more.

-i put my hair in a bun.

-put it in a low ponytail to the side and braid it.

hope it works for u.

My hair is so thick, after I use hot rollers, the curl falls out even after I use spray and products

I usually use a curl-enhancing spray before putting in the rollers, leave the rollers in for at least 30 min. No matter how much hairspray, or which brand, the once tight curl, ALWAYS falls out within a couple of hours.

My hair is super thick, and it has a lot of body. It's too straight to be curly but with the body, it's too wavy to be straight. My current cut is just above the shoulder, layered, and I get thinned everytime I go to my hairdresser.

conditioner or detangler. make sure the conditioner is thick and says moisturizing on the label. those kiddie detanglers are pretty good. use a wide tooth comb as well and start at the bottom. you also may want to go in small sections and be liberal with product.

to prevent this problem from occuring so much, keep your hair moisturized. also dont go to bed with it loose. put it 1 or 2 loose ponytails with something to secure the ends. not a rubberband or anything with metal. scrunchie or ponytail holder maybe??

I have super thick frizzy hair and ...?

After shampooing your hair, apply a conditioner and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Apply an anti-frizz product to your hair while it is still wet. Blowdry your hair with a difuser and vent brush. Apply a moisturizer before straightening it and that should do the trick!

I have super thick frizzy hair and ...?

I had the same problem! Heaps of thick frizzy hair. So I grew it and kept it tied up all the time. A month ago, I cut it short (not a boys hair cut). Longer at the top with a fringe - I blow dry the front, top and sides and put wax thru the back to it doesnt friz out.

I know its a right pain in the but - i dont love it!

I have super thick frizzy hair and ...?

I know people who have hair like that. You could try buying a new straightener--like the wet-to-dry kind, or you could just simply go w/ a new hair style.

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

Okay I found this picture of a random person who has hair that looks like mine. It is almost identical except my hair is frizzier: http://www.greatestlook.com/longhair/lon...

I still want my curls but i want them to be soft and not so poofy sort of like this: http://www.freshlookhair.com/members/681...

I do not want to have to do any chemcial stuff and not to expensive. PLEASE HELP IM IN DESPERATE NEED!!!!

THANKS A BUNCH!!!!

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

All you need is some curl cream or curl gel (Redken has good curl cream; Garnier Fructis has good curl gel) All you do is run some through your hair after your shower, and it'll define your curls without making your hair poofy. :]

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

try garnier fructis hard curl gel, you scrunch it in your hair and it makes your curls more defined and less frizzy.

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

for the 1st pic

- blow dry ur hair straight and divide it into thin sections

- spray curl activator in each section and curl it using hot iron

- spray it to hold the curls in place

- separate the curls with ur fingers

for the 2nd pic

- wash ur hair and apply leave-in conditioner

- apply any strong hold gel or wax

- roll the hair into small sections while the hair is still damp

- let it dry and undo the rollers

- separate the curls with ur fingers.

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

wash your hair, blow dry it completely... then take equal amounts of hair and curl them, dont get other hairs caught where its not supposed to be, if you know what i mean.. lol, sorry thats wayy confusing.

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

towel dry ur hair when u get out of the shower and scrunch mousse in ur hair then wen it dries it wont be frizzy and it will look like that

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

try using curl life from you local GREAT CLIPS

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

Use lots of medium hold gel and let ur hair air-dry. Also use some anti- frizz balm after ur hair dries

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

Oiudad salon products are made specifically to shape curly hair of all kinds. You may want to give it a shot. But I gotta say, transforming hair is still going to cost you some since products that actually work are not under $10. so be prepared to fork over twice that amt.

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

what you can do is to put some hair serum while your hair is damp and braid it. the serum will keep the frizz under control, and then blow dry. unbraid you hair and then it should look like that. i used to do it with my daughter's hair.

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

I have very curly hair and it is very poofy and frizzy. These things have helped a lot: Before you finish your shower turn the water on cold and soak your hair for 3 or 4 minutes in it. Mousse or hair creme after you shower is great. My favorite brand is paul mitchell and Ive heard that bed head is amazing. oo and hydrating curls by herbal essences. dont put your hair up until it is completely completely dry. Many people use serum which does woek buut my hair is dark and it makes it look too shiny that it just looks greasy and gross so I dont use it.

How do I get my frizzy thick curly poofy hair to look like this?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

Thick curly hair?

lately my hair hasnt been goin the way i want. I CANT even get my cute messy bun to look cute anymore. lol. %26amp; i dont kno if its the way im treating it by me using hair wax alot. so i want some ideas to do with my hair. Like to do cute hairstyles or something without hair wax.

Thick curly hair?

get a haircut maybe that is why so messy just let it down and be proud

Thick curly hair?

try using mousse. its cheap and makes your curls shiny and frizz-free.

Thick curly hair?

Okay, i totally get what your saying. :]

if you buy a spiral hair curler, then after you dry your hair, put your hair half-way up, and curl the other parts of your hair. i know your hair is think and curly [just like mine] but this curls the hair so it doesnt look frizzy, and it's really easy to do.

if you need anymore hair tips, email me. :]

Thick curly hair?

use hair serum i cant believe you put wax in your hair

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

Well, the actual thickness of your hair won't change. But, use a good conditioner and shampoo like Redken AllSoft. As for straightening, there are a number of ways. You could get a perm (chemical treatment), using a straightening iron, or actually iron your hair with a traditional iron. Some people are able to blow dry their straight. As for thickness, try for manageability. Again Redken AllSoft works great. Shampoos with avacado in them usually do.

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

why would you want to? i have thin straight hair and it sucks.

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

yea, why? tons of girls would shave bald just to have your hair for a day.

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

Get your hair thinned out = Thin

Use a Hot Iron = Straight

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

get a haircut...

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

Use a straight iron. Gold plated work really good on my hair and I VERY LONG VERY wavy/curly hair...Revlon $20 bucks works like a charm..I fell in love with it the 2nd I used it and belive I have been trhough a lot of straightners plus it also makes my hair feel thinner without having to do anything to it.

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

go to wal mart and buy a straighting kit!!!! my friend does it and her hair turns out really pretty!!! or u could use straighting spray/gel and a straighting iron. a good straighting iron u can buy at wal mart is the kind u can use on both wet hair and dry hair.

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

Girl, you just need to get some fun products that PLAY UP your thick, wavy hair!! If you mess with it and try to make it something it's not, it'll just get damaged and look like poo. :) Try Bed Head stuff--they have some awesome products. It may need some layers...thick, wavy hair tends to grow into a triangle. Any salon can help.

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

Blow dry your hair, then use a hair straightner (can buy anywhere such as wal mart) on the highest setting. The heat from the hair dryer should help straighten your hair, and the hair straightner straightens it as well makes it appear and feel thinner.

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

You will probably get a lot of responses telling you that thick and wavy is better or girls saying that they hate their straight hair. As a guy, let me tell you this: guys PREFER straight hair on their women. As far as what you can do you will have to keep looking for that answer... BUT, AGAIN... straight hair is MUCH better!

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

I have course curly hair and I do not like it. So, I pd. a professional 450.00 to get CHI straightening. I love it. Every 7-9 months I get it again. Straight and soft now!

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

go to the hair dresser and hve them do it

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

i don't know y'd u want to do that either... but... if u want it permantly straight go to the hair salon and get this thing done called a rebound then all u have to do is blowdry your hair dry. if you want it temporaraly i recommend a chi straightener. and the thining part you can yank your hair out or once again just tell the hair salon people u want your hair thinned. and they will know hwat your talking about

My hair is thick and wavy wat can i do to make it thin and straight?

Get it thermally reconditioned at a salon. It's kinda costly, but it does last 6 months.

Will thick, blunt bangs look good with my face/hair type, etc?

Not the super-short kind that end above your eyebrows, but the ones that that end right above the eyes.

I've always wanted to get bangs like this, but I'm not sure if it'll look nice on me.

I'm asian but people have said I don't look that asian and right now i have straight black hair with layers (a short layer at the top and a longer layer at the bottom: this is another problem because I want to get rid of these layers if I'm going to get the bangs) At its longest my hair is about upper back length, but the top layer is only about shoulder length.

I have an oval face with a large forehead and the individual strands of my hair are pretty thin (Would this be a problem? I want THICK bangs; with my hair would they be wispy?)

So can anyone give me their opinion?

What to do so i can get rid of my layers when i get my bangs?

Will thick, blunt bangs look good with my face/hair type, etc?

First off.. do not do bangs with a blunt edge style haircut ..but ifyou want to get rid of layers teh only suggestion i can give you is cut your hair to your shortest layer..

and if you do that id get bangs, but bangs that swoop to the side..

and yeah your bangs will be thin unless you pull them from farther back..so make sure you tell your hairdresser you want THICK bangs.

asains are cute with bangs btw.

but if you do bangs, id ask to make the ends of my hair choppy.

if you get straight across bangs, and then get your ends trimmed striaght youll look like cleaopatra.

i say bangs with choppy ends.

hope i helped%26lt;3

Hairstyle tips for thick wavy hair?

This is a picture of me, taken a week ago (don't ask about the blurry hair, I was messing around with retouch). If you can't tell, It's very dark brown, but has reddish highlights. I'm looking for something edgy and fun. It's my junior year, and I want to stand out. I'm pretty quiet in school, but I don't like it. Can anyone help?

Hairstyle tips for thick wavy hair?

Get some lighter highlights...or do something funky with dye. A blond patch of bangs would look really awesome. Also, let it grow out a little so that you can straighten it - only a bit - to give it a more..."flowy" look. If you want something to get rid of frizz, try some Garnier Fructise products. They're phenomenal. Oh, and mouse is always a must!! :D

I have really thick curly hair but its very damaged, is it a good idea if i trim it and get a relaxe

i hate my hair being curly, im thinking of relaxing it but people tell me no because it will m,ake your hair fall out but i seen some girls with nice long relaxed hair

I have really thick curly hair but its very damaged, is it a good idea if i trim it and get a relaxer?

You never put relaxer on damaged hair. That would just make it more damaged. You need to get your hair healthy again before putting any chemicals or heat on your hair. If you list what's wrong with your hair specifically, I can give you tips on how to make it healthy again. If you really don't know, see a professional.

I have really thick curly hair but its very damaged, is it a good idea if i trim it and get a relaxer?

no!!!! never put a relaxer on damaged hair girl!! what you do is you start taking care of it first go to the beauty shop and tell them you want your ends clipped then tell them to give you a hot oil treatment with a hot cap them every week you was your hair comb it and every month get your ends clipped!

I have thick, brown, shoulder length hair...?

I have thick, brown, shoulder lenght hair, and it's a pain it the booty to straighten. But, once I'm done it looks good. But, a few hours laters is poofy. I've been wanting to try this new style where you scrunch it and it dries curly.. don't know how.. Can someone tell me how to do this. ((with out any products)).

Or..

Tell me some other styles I can do with my type of hair.

Thankyou.

((Please no stupid answers. Because, this is not a stupid question.))

I have thick, brown, shoulder length hair...?

everyone in my area does this its really easy.

buy some gel (any kind really, i use herbal essenses).

when your hair is damp flip your hair over and repeatedly scrunch from the bottom to your root with the gel.

hold about 15 seconds everytime you scrunch it.

continue doing this to sections of your hair while it dries.

when it does your hair will be beautifully wavyy.

remember this doesnt work the same on everyones hair and if gets frizzy consider a different gel.

I have thick, brown, shoulder length hair...?

my hair is nartuly crimpy so i saw my friend do this you take a hand full in your hand and just sqeez it when its wet

I have thick, brown, shoulder length hair...?

Well it depends what type of hair you have like if it's naturally straight then it might be a little bit harder and if your hair is thick and naturally curly. If you want it hard and want to scrunch it then you use lots of gel and hair spray and wait for it to dry. You can also use a diffuser when your hair is wet to make it curly but only if your hair is naturally curly. Without hair products and if your hair is naturally curly then it will look poofy and frizzy. If your hair is naturally straight it's almost impossible to scrunch hair without hair products.

My hair is naturally thick and curly. When i straighten it it's still HUGE! there a way to flat

There are other people I see with hair JUST as thick and curly as mine. I see them the next day, hair straightened, and it's very thin and flat. My hair stays really thick. People always point out how big it is, and I'm sick of it! I just want thin, flat, straight hair. Is there anyway I can achieve that?

My hair is naturally thick and curly. When i straighten it it's still HUGE! there a way to flatten it out?

My hair is naturally thick and curly. When i straighten it it's still HUGE! there a way to flatten it out?

after you wash/conditioner it. comb your hair out then put dove straight and soft in it. then blow dry. then straighten. it's amazing and dosen't make your hair greasy or heavy ! :)

My hair is naturally thick and curly. When i straighten it it's still HUGE! there a way to flatten it out?

You can use a "hair smoother" by Big-Sexy-Hair, professional product, use a small amount dime size run it through your damp hair, blow dry and then use a flat iron your hair section by section, starting from underneath and work your way up the scalp.

My hair is naturally thick and curly. When i straighten it it's still HUGE! there a way to flatten it out?

I know your problem, i have really thick and curly hair. but the trick is that when you are blow drying your hair do it slow and in sections with a round barrel brush, before that apply a good straightning serum or spray, i use biosilk or products from treseme, when you are done blow drying your hair and that should take a while, its a pain but the strighter u get it while blow drying it, the easier the straightning will be.. as far as straightning it i actually picked up the straightner my salon uses, it goes to a very high temp and does the trick!!!! do in small sections and go over it a few times slowly!! good luck

A nice Bob sounds good or get it cut in long layers

What can I do with chin length, jet black, thick hair?

What can I do with chin length, jet black, thick hair?

Girl, if you wnat you could try using photoshop and trying various hairstleys to see what will suit you. You could go in for a step cut, it all depends on your face structure.

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

*How to Tame Frizzy Hair Quickly*

Here's how to deal with frizzy hair.

Steps

1.Wash your hair, and make sure to use a conditioner. Conditioners and shampoos made for frizzy hair don't seem to work that much better than regular shampoos.

2.Applying a leave in conditioner will often help tame your frizz, without weighing it down too much or leaving it feeling greasy. Some suggested leave in conditioners: Aveda Brilliant Damage Control or Aussie Hair Insurance. Similar, and often cheaper products, are sprays made to control synthetic or natural extension or braids. Some examples are Control Wing 3 in OneFormula, or Mane 'n Tail Braid Sheen Spray. Evenly distribute through hair.

3.Apply a styling product, depending what you want to do with your hair. If you want to air dry your hair, then a light gel, mousse, or pomade will work. Don't use too much - too much gel leaves your hair stiff, too much mousse leaves your hair dry and crunchy, and too much pomade leaves your hair oily. A great product for air drying your hair is Aveda Brilliant Pomades- they come with a humectant for letting your hair dry curly, or anti-humectant if you want your hair to hang straight. Aveda Phomollient styling foam is good for letting your hair dry curly as well (its a mousse), but only if your hair is not very dry.

4.If you're going to blow dry your hair and you want it curly, use a diffuser on the end of your blowdryer. Flip your head over and scruch your hair, but not too much. Dry until your hair is almost dry, and then let air dry the last bit. This prevents frizziness. Use a mousse or pomade for this.

5.If you want to blow dry your hair and you want it straight, use a product that helps with this - Avedea Brilliant Anti-Humectant Pomade is a good one for this. Use a big round brush and blow dry your hair in sections, following the brush down through your hair. Don't use a diffuser attachement on your hair dryer for this. If you have frizzy hair, this usually makes your hair even more frizzy, so its best to always follow up by flat ironing your hair, and then locking it in with a spray shine. No need to buy the expensive spray shines; the cheap ones for ethnic hair that come in the huge bottles are just as effective as the expensive brands.

6.If you'd like to style your hair, it's best to use a product that give you a little hold. A styling lotion is great for this, because it give you light hold without making your hair stiff or dry. Two great ones: Aveda Brilliant Universal Styling Creme, and (aweseome for hot rollers) Isoplus Hot Hot Hot Curler Roller Set Lotion. You could also use a light gel spray for this step as well. Curl your hair in any way you like - if you are using hot rollers wait for them to cool before removing so that the curls will set. Sometimes, when just curling the ends of your hair, you may want to flat iron the top part of your hair to completely remove any frizz from the sections not curled. When finished, set with a hair spray or spray gel.

Tips

璺疘f you're in a hurry and don't have time to do anything to your hair after the shower, you can often let your hair partially air dry, and then put it up in a bun. After an hour or two your hair will be mostly dry, and will have dried into some fairly frizz free waves.

璺疘f you are shopping in a store that has tester bottles of lotion and notice your hair is frizzy, get a squirt of the tester lotion and apply it to your hands and hair.

璺疘f you have gel, but you're in a hurry and have a minimum of 30 minutes in the car: Use gel in your hair and if you want, scrunch or squeeze your hair with your towel (a teeshirt works as well).

璺疘f you have some time to lounge around, a great way to air dry your hair is to lay with your head over the edge of a bed- that way it allows air to reach all layers of your hair evenly.

璺疘ts a good idea to deep condition your hair at least once a week- a lot of frizz comes from damage to your hair.

璺疐ind a good hairdresser than understands your hair. He or she can help you find a haircut that will flatter your face, and help to tame frizz. Remember to be realistic, however, dont get a haircut that requires a lot of maintence if you like to throw your hair in a ponytail most of the time.

璺疘f you're completely out of product, you can use a little bit of your conditioner as a leave in conditioner to help you tame your hair. Don't do this too often though, it will eventually leave your hair with a "film" that weights is down and makes it dull.

璺疭ome good gels are Aveda Phomollient, which is a styling foam that many people like, L'Oreal Crystal Wax, which is a gel that hardens on hair, which some people don't like, and Herbal Essences carries lots of good gels.

Warnings

璺疍on't use too much product - it will leave your hair looking oily or wet.

璺疢ake sure you evenly distribute any product you use - otherwise you could end up with patches that vary from oily to frizzy. A good way to do this is to always apply product to wet hair when possible - then roll your hair between your hands to evenly distribute, and then finally comb through.

璺痵ome products that don't work very well for some: Alberta VO5 Smoothing Souffle, Pro Vitamin Intensives Curl Therapy, and Loreal Vive Smooth Intense Anti -Frizz Serum.

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

I have my thick hair thinned when I get it cut. I also use Pantene Smooth and Silky Shampoo to help tame the frizzyness. I think it helps.

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

So is mine. This time of year there isn't much you CAN do. Just add some frizz-ease sirum to your wet hair directly out of the shower. smooth it out into a nice ponytail. Finger comb your hair into nice thick curls (keeps it from turning to frizz) and then just pin the finger curls around your ponytail. It keeps the frizz away, looks seriously classy, and best off, on hot days like these, the hair is out of your face. Good luck with that. :)

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

For cheap - get products that work on frizz. Some of my favorites are Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine system, or the Matrix brand (I believe it's Sleek.Look or something like that). Use both shampoo and conditioner, and invest in a good leave in conditioner. Maybe some anti-frizz serums like Frizz Eaze or any other anti-frizz cream - apply that when your hair is damp. Then style as usual. If you're straightening - invest in a really good straightener like a Chi - it'll be worth it in the long run.

For more expensive options - there's a treatment called Japanese Silk treatment, or something to that effect. It's kind of hard to find, and can be expensive, but is permanent for 6 months and leaves your hair thinner and sleeker.

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

I have the same problem, and I use the John Freida Frizz-Ease hair serum. It works for me, and it smells nice too.

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

sounds like you need a good conditioner.

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

moisturize, moisturize. recently at a salon a hairdresser used a large amount of leave-in-conditioner and silk therapy by biosilk on my hair. once it dried it was shiny and soft.

My hair is thick and gets frizy. What can I do with it?

Long, black, thick, wavey hair..need help with haristyle?

get cute bangs

side sweep

do a messy bun and excerise with jeweled hairbands which is the current "in" thing

i have the same hair as you so i hope this helps

but go to ur current hair stylist and they will help u most

Long, black, thick, wavey hair..need help with haristyle?

A really good way to make your wavy hair easier to do, as well as not requiring any heat styling (which will keep it very healthy) is to cut random layers, not stlyistic layers, just every area should have different lengths. That way it appears wavier, because the waves aren't just at the bottom (if your hair is like mine) but the waves at the bottom get moved up to the top. cute cute!

Long, black, thick, wavey hair..need help with haristyle?

you could wear a white, silver, red, green, or pink headband in your hair rather than getting a haircut.

Long, black, thick, wavey hair..need help with haristyle?

Just shape it up like shaggy or call it layered but keep it long. You will look good on it.

My hair's thick and puffy ): any suggestions? thanks!?

yeah my hair grows like a weed.

Go to a quality stylist, none of those Supercuts like places. You will likely have to pay a bit more, but it is very worth it for a good style.

Then tell them you want your hair thinned out or textured. They use special scissors to remove bulk without removing length. Layering will also give some help to the puffiness.

Thing is, if your hair is like mine, you will need to keep up with the cuts or it will just grow out and be uncontrollable again.

My hair's thick and puffy ): any suggestions? thanks!?

Get your hair layered. Mine used to be thick and puffy aswell, so i got it layered and it felt really light. After a while the layers grow out. To stop the puffy-ness. I tend to find Tre Semme works. I use it alot and it seems to help. My hair tends to not go very puffy anymore tho. But theres lots of different ways to but thesee are just methods i've used and recommended.

My hair's thick and puffy ): any suggestions? thanks!?

Layer your hair with lots and lots of layers and even a graduated down side bangs

My hair's thick and puffy ): any suggestions? thanks!?

my hair is also thick and puffy. I also attended Beauty school for a year, that is where I learned how to manage it. 1st thing is next hair cut you get you hair "thinned" they have special scissors that do this. If it is still thicker that you want it tell them and they can thin it some more. Then use a hair straightener. Get a good one if you are going to do this everyday. Make sure to part you hair off and only do one section at a time, or it won't look right when your done, start with the bottom and work your way up. You will have the beautiful movie star hair you are looking for. If you like the look you can have your hair chemically straightened. Don't forget to use a protectant on your hair before you straighten it. Go to any local beauty supply and they can help you with all of this.

My hair's thick and puffy ): any suggestions? thanks!?

well mine is really thick and puffy also so i had layers in it but it made it more puffy because i have like a little wave to my hair also so what i did i grew my layers out and cut my hair one length and grew it out really long like to my lower back and now it is not so puffy :) hope i helped!!!

My hair's thick and puffy ): any suggestions? thanks!?

Male hair cuts for very thick and very curly hair?

My son needs to get a haircut for a job. He has been wearing his hair in a ponytail for a long time because it is so thick and curly and he feels this is the only way to manage it. There has to be some way for him to cut it that will not be too hard to maintain? (This is what he is worried about.) Also he has several cowlicks that make his hair wild when short. Anyone else know of someone like this and what did you or they do? He is caucasion. Thanks.

Male hair cuts for very thick and very curly hair?

My husband has a similar problem--not curly, but very unruly when short due to cowlicks. He also wore his back in a ponytail until he graduated from college. We experimented with several styles and stylists before we discovered one that works pretty well. First off, tell the stylist you have cowlicksand where they are located (if possible). My husband actually has a double cowlick where two cowlicks meet. Next, don't let them cut it too short on top. Your son will need the length to weigh down the cowlick. A cut where it's longer on top and shaved in the back will pass for clean cut. Check the men's magazines and find one where the top is longer and bring it in to show the stylist. My husband found a Dolce and Gabbana ad that he carries in his wallet. So far so good!

Male hair cuts for very thick and very curly hair?

dont know

Male hair cuts for very thick and very curly hair?

He can get his hair cut to about 3 inches and he can use jel to manage it.

Have it thined and use bio silk

Male hair cuts for very thick and very curly hair?

Buzz cut. Its in style, plus you can get a clipper %26amp; do it yourself. My hubby bought one, and always cuts his own hair. It's pretty well mistake proof!

Male hair cuts for very thick and very curly hair?

He can get a sheek. This a hair style that a lot of black guys who have white or Indian in there blood wear as well as PuertoRicans, Italians, Greeks and other people who have thick curly hair that is not as tightly curled as most black guys hair. Tell him to watch MTV's new version of Making the Band. One of the white guys (Donnie) on the show has a sheek. The Gotti grandsons wear there hair in this style but they use way too much moose. It's a very nice looking hair cute. I thought of a great example. Joey from NSINC wears his hair in this style. If you watched dancing with the stars this past year he was a contestant.

Any hair cut sugestions? I have rounded face, black, thick, & straingt hair.?

I want to try something new and cute, like short hair. Would that work? Any other sugestions or great websites on haircut styles?

Any hair cut sugestions? I have rounded face, black, thick, %26amp; straingt hair.?

i have a round face and thick black hair as well. i just got the haircut that victoria beckham had...i think it's called the pob--you know where it's short in the back and long in the front (but she cut it shorter now). it looks really cute on me. i wasn't sure it would since i have fat cheeks!!! but it actually looks fine.

Any hair cut sugestions? I have rounded face, black, thick, %26amp; straingt hair.?

Any hair cut sugestions? I have rounded face, black, thick, %26amp; straingt hair.?

www.hairstailes.com good luck!!!

Any hair cut sugestions? I have rounded face, black, thick, %26amp; straingt hair.?

Because you have a round face try avoiding center parts so it slims your face. Also Round faces look good with layres but not supershort. Also one length with a shorter layre and bangs no faceframe. would all look great on you.
