last time i asked this question i worded it incorrectly. im a white male with italian/swedish/german ethnicity and wavy hair (its like brown and thich with a few waves here and there) and whenever i grow it out it just starts to look like a mess. how can i grow it out without looking ridiculous?

There's certain products you can use like Friz Ease which stops it from going frizzy. I'd give hair products a try first and then if your still not happy try straighteners.

use a good conditioner, i have a similar hair type and i use garnier fructis long %26amp; strong leave in. it should keep your hair looking nice and avoid the stringyness and stuff that comes with having longer hair.

well it is sticky and smelly too, but i hav thick hair and i can tell you tht applyin coconut oil is phaps the best thing you can do to ur hair too make em thick
